This year’s JUSTICE Human Rights Conference takes place on 6 October 2023, at Linklaters LLP and online. This year’s conference will include breakout sessions on judicial reviewcrimeinquests and inquiriespublic order and protestsocial welfare, and immigration and asylum. You will also have the opportunity to see two former Lord Chancellors go head-to-head in their closing debate (chaired by I. Stephanie Boyce), which will look at upcoming party manifestos in relation to human rights.
