Have you experienced bullying by a judge when appearing in court or in a tribunal? Have you felt unjustifiably singled out for criticism, humiliated in front of your client or belittled? Have you been required to comply with impossible procedural directions?
ALBA will be holding a round table discussion, chaired by Karon Monaghan QC, to discuss experiences of judicial bullying and how ALBA might help in addressing it.
To encourage frank discussion, the Chatham House rule will apply. An anonymised record of the discussion will be made.
