The Judicial Review Handbook revolutionised the way public lawyers think about judicial review and research judicial review cases. By identifying the underlying principles and setting out the authorities which support those principles, the Judicial Review Handbook has been an indispensable tool for all practitioners since it was first published in 1994. In conjunction with Hart Publishing, ALBA is delighted to announce the publication of the seventh edition of Sir Michael Fordham’s Judicial Review Handbook, and to host an event to launch the publication of this book.
The book launch event will take place via Zoom at 6pm on Tuesday, 19 January 2021. ALBA is pleased to announce that Thornton J will chair the event, and the panel of speakers will comprise Lord Woolf, Sir Stephen Sedley, Helen Mountfield QC, Michael Beloff QC and of course Sir Michael Fordham himself.
