DESCRIPTION:The Judicial Review Handbook revolutionised the way public law
 yers think about judicial review and research judicial review cases. By id
 entifying the underlying principles and setting out the authorities which 
 support those principles\, the Judicial Review Handbook has been an indis
 pensable tool for all practitioners since it was first published in 1994. 
 In conjunction with Hart Publishing\, ALBA is delighted to announce the pu
 blication of the seventh edition of Sir Michael Fordham’s Judicial Revi
 ew Handbook\, and to host an event to launch the publication of this book.
 \n\nThe book launch event will take place via Zoom at 6pm on Tuesday\, 19 
 January 2021. ALBA is pleased to announce that Thornton J will chair the e
 vent\, and the panel of speakers will comprise Lord Woolf\, Sir Stephen Se
 dley\, Helen Mountfield QC\, Michael Beloff QC and of course Sir Michael F
 ordham himself.\n\nAs a special bonus\, attendees at the event will be ent
