A Review of the Year in Public Law

The past year has been an eventful one in Constitutional and Administrative Law and this talk will review and analyse the most recent developments. Chaired by Dingemans J, the speakers will be:

Professor Alison Young – Currently Professor of Public Law at the University of Oxford she has recently been elected Sir David Williams Professor of Public Law at Cambridge University with effect from 1 January 2018. She is the author of Democratic Dialogue and the Constitution (OUP, 2017) and Parliamentary Sovereignty and the Human Rights Act (Hart, 2009).
