ALBA Moot 2023 – Winners

ALBA would like to congratulate the six teams which made it through to the finals of the ALBA 2023 mooting competition, out of the more than 60 teams which entered, and in particular the winners – Luke Illott and James Fraser – and the runners up – Elena Casale and Alex Kane.   We would also like to thank the judges who generously gave up their time to judge the finals: Lord Justice Green, Mrs Justice Lieven and Christopher Vajda KC.  The written submissions, for both the appellant and the respondent, of the winning team and the runners up can be accessed here:
