The 2021 edition of the Administrative Court Judicial Review Guide, edited by Sir Martin Chamberlain, is now live for the start of the legal year. There are some important changes from the previous edition. There are also hyperlinks to the Rules, Practice Directions, statutes and (where possible) case law referred to.
