The Bar Council is looking for practising barristers to volunteer to join the Law Reform Committee. They are encouraging self-employed and employed barristers, ideally with an expertise in public law, commercial law, data protection, IP and administrative law. There are three vacancies available and the deadline to apply is Thursday, 2 October.
The committee is focused on fostering an interest in law reform amongst the bar and those training for a career in the bar.
