Judicial Review – Funding and Costs

This breakfast seminar will discuss funding for claimants and interveners in judicial review claims, including protective costs orders (PCOs), costs capping orders (CCOs), Aarhus Convention claims, cost risks for interveners and crowdfunding. We have an expert panel to discuss these issues and answer your questions, comprised of two practitioners who have acted in many leading judicial review cases, Tim Buley (Landmark Chambers) and Alison Pickup (Public Law Project), and Jo Sidhu, head of the award-winning crowdfunding platform tailored for legal cases, CrowdJustice.
