This is a timely opportunity to look again at this important topic following the recent landmark decisions of the Supreme Court in Robinson v Chief Constable of West Yorkshire [2018] 2 WLR 595 and Commissioner of Police v DSD [2018] 2 WLR 895. The seminar will also consider liability for breach of duties derived from EU law.
