The ALBA Summer Conference is held annually and brings together practitioners, academics and others with an interest in public law for a series of sessions on topical issues within the sphere of Constitutional and Administrative Law.

We have an exciting line-up of topics and speakers for this year’s conference.

  • The Saturday programme will include a series of related seminars on judicial activism, with academic, practitioner and judicial perspectives.
  • The Sunday programme will include a seminar on the post-referendum future of European Union law, a case law and procedural update and workshops across different practice areas.
  • Confirmed speakers include Lord Justice Laws, Mrs Justice Laing, Professor Paul Craig, Phillippa Kaufmann QC, Jonathan Swift QC and Thomas de la Mare QC.
  • CPD: tbc

All rates include a hall dinner on the Saturday evening.

Group bookings for 5 or more people receive a 15% discount to all rates.
