This seminar will consider the implications of the Withdrawal Agreement, and associated domestic legislation, for the status of EU law in the UK during the transition period and beyond. Our expert panel will consider questions such as the direct effect of the Withdrawal Agreement; the status of CJEU caselaw; direct effect of directives; and the use of delegated powers to amend retained EU law.
