A hybrid event at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP
ALBA and PULSA – the public law solicitors association – are pleased to host a joint hybrid seminar on consultation and legitimate expectation. The seminar will provide an update on recent cases on consultation and legitimate expectation, thoughts on how the law in these fields will develop, and some practical advice on arguing and defending these grounds of challenge.
The speakers for the event are:

The event will be chaired by Melanie Carter (Stone King), PULSA co-founder.
The event will start at 6pm, with registration from 5:45pm. The event will be followed by drinks, nibbles and networking, for those in-person.
The event is kindly hosted by Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP, at their offices at Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EG (near Liverpool Street station). It will be possible to attend the event either in-person or online.
The event is free and available to ALBA (and PULSA) members only, including online attendance.
