ALBA is pleased to host a hybrid panel discussion considering how to conduct judicial review litigation of decisions involving AI.

Our expert panel will be chaired by Nicola Braganza KC (Garden Court Chambers) with speakers Brendan McGurk KC (Monckton Chambers), Donnchadh Greene (Doughty Street Chambers) and Yara Ali-Adib (Equality and Human Rights Commission).  The panel will explore the practicalities of challenging and defending AI-informed decisions, including the duty of candour and the extent to which conventional public law principles are applicable.

The event will be followed by drinks and nibbles.
