‘Press freedom and personal privacy – a clash of rights?’ Baroness Hale of Richmond, former President, UK Supreme Court
Lady Hale will develop the argument that while there is a precious right to freedom, conversely there is also a precious right to privacy. Both are qualified rights but they can be restricted in good cause. She will explore these conflicts in-depth and discuss how they may be reconciled.
