This series is intended to be an introductory course, and is ideally suited to junior public law practitioners, and experienced barristers interested in learning about the procedure and practice of judicial review.
All seminars will be led by experienced and knowledgeable practitioners.

- Wednesday 25th October 2017 – Permission applications and responses – Eric Metcalfe
- Wednesday 1st November 2017 – The substantive hearing – Caoilfhionn Gallagher QC
Routledge, Taylor and Francis, the publishers of the journal Judicial Review, have kindly agreed to provide a 50% discount to ALBA members taking out a personal subscription.
