 ers.\nTo help demystify the process and to make it as accessible as possib
 le\, ALBA’s Equality &amp\; Diversity Subcommittee is hosting a lunchtim
 e webinar\, 1-2pm on Monday 12 December 2022.\nThis event will not be r
 ecorded as it will be a Chatham House-style discussion where ALBA members 
 can hear from and ask questions of representatives from the two main direc
 tories\, with contributions from an Administrative Law Silk and Senior Cle
 rk.\nThe event will be chaired by Sonali Naik KC\, Garden Court Chambers\,
