DESCRIPTION:ALBA is pleased to invite members to a lunchtime webinar on the
  “no substantial difference” provisions in the Senior Courts Act 1981.
  We are delighted to be joined by Charles Streeten (Francis Taylor Buildin
 g) and Daniel Stedman Jones (39 Essex Chambers)\, who will discuss the cas
 e law on s 31(2A)\, including the recent decisions in R (Greenfields (IOW
 ) Limited) v Isle of Wight Council [2025] EWCA Civ 488 and Bradbury v Br
 econ Beacons National Park Authority [2025] EWCA Civ 489. The webinar wil
