DESCRIPTION:This series is intended to be an introductory course\, and is i
 deally suited to junior public law practitioners\, and experienced barrist
 ers interested in learning about the procedure and practice of judicial re
 view.\n\nAll seminars will be led by experienced and knowledgeable practit
 ioners.\n\n 	Tuesday 10th October 2017 – Preparing a case for judicial
  review – Zoe Leventhal\n 	Thursday 19th October 2017 – Preliminary 
 procedural issues – James Cornwell\n 	Wednesday 25th October 2017 – 
  Permission applications and responses – Eric Metcalfe\n 	Wednesday 1st
  November 2017 – The substantive hearing - Caoilfhionn Gallagher QC\n\
 n&nbsp\;\n\nRoutledge\, Taylor and Francis\, the publishers of the journal
  Judicial Review\, have kindly agreed to provide a 50% discount to ALBA me
 mbers taking out a personal subscription.\n\nIf ALBA members wish to subsc
