 judicial review litigation of decisions involving AI.\nOur expert panel wi
 ll be chaired by Nicola Braganza KC (Garden Court Chambers) with speakers 
 Brendan McGurk KC (Monckton Chambers)\, Donnchadh Greene (Doughty Street C
 hambers) and Yara Ali-Adib (Equality and Human Rights Commission).  The p
 anel will explore the practicalities of challenging and defending AI-infor
 med decisions\, including the duty of candour and the extent to which conv
 entional public law principles are applicable.\nThe event will be followed
