  will consider what lessons are to be learnt for judicial review generally
  from recent environmental judicial review cases.  The speakers are advoc
 ates who have represented claimants in a number of recent cases which have
  sought to make advances in environmental JR.  They will discuss notable 
 recent decisions and trends - considering issues such as intensity of revi
 ew in environmental JR and human rights in an environmental context - and
