DESCRIPTION:ALBA is delighted to host an information event for those intere
 sted in applying to the Attorney General’s London A\, B and C Panels in 
 this year’s competition. \nApplications open at midday on Thursday 26 
 February 2026 and will close at midday on Tuesday 7 April 2026. \nFor th
 ose considering or planning to apply\, the event will be an ideal opportun
 ity to hear more about what can be expected from our expert panel of speak
 ers covering a range of perspectives:\n\n\n 	Elizabeth Mackie\, Deputy Leg
 al Director\, Government Legal Department\n 	Julia Smyth KC\, Landmark Cha
 mbers - member of the Senior Treasury Counsel team.\n 	Stephen Tawiah\, 33
  Bedford Row - AG panel member.\n\nThe session will:\n\n\n 	provide an ove
 rview of the value and role of panel counsel\n 	cover the newly updated ap
 plication process\n 	offer an opportunity to ask questions\n\nThis session
  will take place via Zoom and is available to ALBA members only. Booking w
 ill close at 6pm on Wednesday\, 18 March. The Zoom link will not be sent o
 ut until booking has formally closed.
