DESCRIPTION:This year's lecture\, titled 'The Role of the Judiciary in Nati
 onal Security Cases' will be given by Neal Katyal\,the former Acting Solic
 itor General of the United States\, who focuses on appellate and complex l
 itigation. In December 2017\, American Lawyer magazine named him The Liti
 gator of the Year.\n\nThe annual lecture will be preceded by our AGM at 5.
 30pm and there will be a drinks reception directly after the lecture.\n\n\
 n\n\n\n\nThis event is for ALBA members only\, and this year we are offer
 ing a choice of in person or remote attendance.\n\nIf you would like to at
